Learning with Love

Learning with Love

"If we succeed in giving the love of learning, the learning itself is sure to follow"
- John Lubbock
Children learn best when given the time and opportunity to become involved in self motivated, meaningful play. Young children are active learners and enjoy exploring, investigating and discovering using all their senses.

The children in our care are listened to, given the chance to share in decisions that affect them and are encouraged to question and communicate their thoughts. We endeavour to promote respect for themselves, their culture and heritage and the culture and values of others.

We aim to provide a rich variety of activities, both indoors and out, to encourage self-expression, self-discovery and self-esteem. As part of this, children in our care gain skills and knowledge through fun, playful activities which, to them, do not seem like education at all - but instead encourage a life long love of learning.
